Davisville Village and Mount Pleasant Village are among the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Old Toronto.
A vibrant area rich with antique shops, gift shops, cafés & restaurants, eclectic multi-generational boutiques, and all the daily amenities one might look for, from supermarkets to car repairs, all categories of professional services, and a wide range of health & wellness facilities.
June Rowlands Park has everything you’d expect from a city green space: a baseball diamond, one of the city’s most popular tennis clubs, a playground with a splash pad, lots of big shady trees and a weekly farmer’s market during the summer months.
The Mount Pleasant cemetery is iconic, and a popular destination for jogging and cycling enthusiasts. The Kay Gardner Beltline Trail offers miles of that nature-in-the-city exploration and hiking that people (and their dogs) really enjoy!
Our community boasts reputable schools, both public and private, serving all academic levels. They include Davisville Junior Public School, Hodgson Middle school, Spectrum Alternative Senior School, Greenwood College School, and Toronto Prep School. Our student community has traditionally enjoyed athletic and social interaction with neighbouring schools including North Toronto Collegiate, Northern Secondary, and other nearby schools.
