Create an Online Account

Creating an online account couldn’t be quicker. Follow these three easy steps to set up your access to The Parkside-specific information, book amenities, submit a service request, participate in an online discussion, or view our community calendar. 


Note: accounts are approved for registered residents only. If you have recently purchased a unit but have not yet taken occupancy, Property Management will contact you to verify your information.  


  1. Click on the ”Log In” menu option located on the top right corner of your browser’s window. For mobile users, the “Log In” section is displayed at the top of the landing page. 
  2. Click on the “Request an account” link located under the ”Log In’ button.
  3. Complete the fields with the requested information and click on the “Request Account button to complete the registration process. You will receive an email once your account has been approved.
